An unanticipated error has occurred. There could be many potential causes of
the error. The most common causes are explained below:
1 - Sometimes, trying to use the page before the page has loaded completely can cause
such an error. Please try your operation again and wait longer for the page to finish
loading before you try to use it. Your web connection might be slower than
normal or the Internet might simply be congested and therefore take longer to send
information to your browser.
Usually there will be a progress bar at the bottom of your browser page that will
finish and disappear when the page is completely loaded in your browser. Sometimes,
the status line at the bottom of your page will also indicate "Done" when the page
is completely loaded.
You may be able to get back to the operation you were attempting by clicking the
"Back" button on your browser.
2 - You might have followed a link to a media title that is no longer available
in our library. You could click the Media Library tab and search to see if
a similar title is currently available.
