Media > Ordering > Responding to Media
Responses are a very important part of the DCMP program. It's what makes this free service available.
Clicking on the "Response" link in the order table will take you to a page where you should have easy access to all of the media you have borrowed and a quick online form to fill in information about the numbers and types of viewers. This is also the place to register any formal complaints about the quality or condition of the media or the level of service.
Please take the time to respond to EACH item borrowed. Your responses ensure this program's continuation.
Step-by-step Instructions:
| 1. | Click on the "Response" link found in the listing of your orders. (See "View Your Orders") |
| 2. | The page will open with the order preselected on the page. If you want to change to a different order, you just need to click on the "Select" link for that order, and the page will refresh with the new order filling the form on the bottom half of the page. |
| 3. | Click the "Edit" button to edit this response or the "New" button to create a new response to this order. You can create as many responses to an individual order as you want. |
| 4. | Fill in the form and save your changes. |
